Scope
These Allocation Terms apply when you view projects, apply for whitelist allocation access, request open presale payment access, submit an allocation amount, choose a payment network, submit a wallet address, or receive an application status through INCEPTO.
Two Project Categories
Whitelist allocation projects generally require application review before approval. Open presale projects may allow a more direct request for payment access, still subject to administrator approval, compliance checks, payment detail availability, and project rules. The platform may add, remove, relabel, archive, or reorganize project categories at any time.
Application Submission
When you submit an application, you confirm that the requested amount, selected network, wallet address, profile information, and compliance information are accurate and suitable for the requested project. After submission, the amount, network, and wallet address may be locked to protect audit integrity and reduce payment disputes.
No Guaranteed Allocation
Submitting an application does not guarantee review, approval, whitelist placement, token allocation, payment order issuance, token delivery, listing access, refund, liquidity, or any economic outcome. Allocations may be limited, oversubscribed, cancelled, reduced, delayed, or unavailable.
Minimum and Maximum Allocation
Projects may display minimum and maximum allocation amounts. Applications below the minimum or above the maximum may be rejected or require correction. Displayed amounts may be estimates and may change before final approval.
Review Criteria
Applications may be reviewed based on profile completeness, verification level, document status, jurisdiction, sanctions screening, source of funds, wallet risk, payment network availability, project capacity, project-specific rules, application history, and administrator discretion.
Approval and Waitlisting
Approval, whitelist status, waitlist status, or payment-required status are operational statuses. They do not create an irrevocable right to tokens. We may reverse, cancel, or modify a status due to compliance issues, project instructions, operational error, payment mismatch, network mismatch, suspicious activity, or allocation changes.
Fixed Application Terms
Once an application is submitted or approved, selected amount, network, and wallet address may be locked. Any change request may require support review and may be denied. This protects audit trails and reduces the risk of payment or token delivery to the wrong address.
Project-Specific Documents
A project may require additional token purchase agreements, SAFTs, subscription agreements, acknowledgements, lockup schedules, vesting terms, risk disclosures, or issuer policies. If project-specific documents conflict with platform summaries, the project-specific documents may control for that project.
Archival and Expiration
Projects may be archived when ended, cancelled, inactive, superseded, or no longer available. Existing applications may remain visible in account history, but archived projects may not accept new applications or payment orders.
