INCEPTO provides an interface for reviewed access, project information, application handling, payment coordination, wallet operations, notifications, and support. It does not itself guarantee project performance, token issuance, liquidity, exchange listing, market price, or regulatory outcome.
BVI Operator and Regulatory Status
Dotstart Technologies Ltd is a British Virgin Islands company. The British Virgin Islands has enacted the Virtual Assets Service Providers Act, 2022, which provides a registration and supervision framework for persons carrying on virtual asset services in or from within the BVI. Dotstart Technologies Ltd states that it maintains a virtual asset service provider registration in the British Virgin Islands for the relevant virtual asset services carried on by or through INCEPTO. The registered or permitted scope is described as: Virtual asset services relevant to INCEPTO platform operations, subject to the registration scope and any conditions confirmed by the BVI Financial Services Commission. This statement should be read together with any registration certificate, conditions, limitations, ongoing obligations, and public records maintained by the BVI Financial Services Commission. If any present or future feature falls outside the applicable registration scope or is determined to require additional registration, licensing, approval, filing, restriction, restructuring, or discontinuation, INCEPTO may limit, suspend, modify, or terminate that feature without liability.
No Bank or Deposit Account
Balances, tokens, allocation records, payment orders, wallet records, or project statuses displayed on the platform are not bank deposits and are not insured by deposit insurance schemes, investor compensation funds, SIPC-style protection, or similar government-backed programs unless a specific law or separate written document says otherwise.
No Custody Representation
Wallet connection, wallet address collection, platform wallet issuance, payment order display, or token delivery recordkeeping does not mean INCEPTO is acting as custodian of user assets unless a separate written custody agreement expressly states that role. Users remain responsible for wallets, private keys, and transactions they approve.
Third-Party Issuer Risk
Projects displayed on INCEPTO may be operated by third parties. INCEPTO may not control their development, finances, disclosures, smart contracts, token supply, vesting, treasury, governance, exchange relationships, or legal compliance.
Conflicts and Incentives
INCEPTO, administrators, affiliates, service providers, project operators, or other related parties may receive fees, hold tokens, have commercial relationships, provide services, or otherwise have interests that differ from user interests. Such interests may create actual or potential conflicts.
Forward-Looking Statements
Project roadmaps, expected listings, token utility, market timing, adoption forecasts, revenue assumptions, partnership references, and development milestones may be forward-looking and uncertain. Actual results may differ materially.
Language and Translation
If the platform or support provides translations, English-language legal documents and official project documents may control unless a specific translated version is expressly designated as legally controlling. Translations may be incomplete or imperfect.
Administrative Corrections
INCEPTO may correct obvious errors, technical mistakes, duplicate records, broken links, mispriced display fields, wrong labels, stale project data, or operational statuses where necessary to preserve accurate records and platform integrity.
