Agreement to These Terms
By visiting, registering for, accessing, or using INCEPTO, you agree to these Terms of Use and to every policy incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy, Risk Disclaimer, AML / KYC Policy, Cookie Policy, Allocation Terms, Payment and Refund Policy, Wallet Terms, Token Delivery Policy, Restricted Jurisdictions Policy, Electronic Communications Consent, Support and Complaints Policy, and No Advice and Tax Disclaimer. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the platform.
Who We Are and What the Platform Does
INCEPTO is operated by Dotstart Technologies Ltd, registration number 2043351, registered address: Road Town, Tortola, VG 1110, British Virgin Islands (BVI). INCEPTO is a reviewed-access platform for early-stage digital asset opportunities, pre-listing token participation workflows, whitelist access, private allocation operations, open presale request management, payment order coordination, wallet connectivity, platform wallet issuance, project notifications, and support communications. INCEPTO provides operational infrastructure and information workflows; it does not guarantee that any project, token, allocation, listing, vesting event, distribution, or payment confirmation will occur.
Regulatory Status and Service Limits
INCEPTO may operate under a British Virgin Islands virtual asset service provider registration for activities within its applicable registration scope, but it is not a bank, broker-dealer, securities exchange, investment adviser, portfolio manager, underwriter, trustee, tax adviser, legal adviser, accounting adviser, issuer of third-party digital assets, or provider of any regulated service outside the registration scope unless expressly stated in separate written documentation. Nothing on the platform should be interpreted as investment, legal, tax, banking, custody, brokerage, underwriting, fiduciary, or exchange service beyond what is expressly offered and lawfully permitted.
BVI Virtual Asset Regulatory Position
Dotstart Technologies Ltd is a British Virgin Islands company. The British Virgin Islands has enacted the Virtual Assets Service Providers Act, 2022, which provides a registration and supervision framework for persons carrying on virtual asset services in or from within the BVI. Dotstart Technologies Ltd states that it maintains a virtual asset service provider registration in the British Virgin Islands for the relevant virtual asset services carried on by or through INCEPTO. The registered or permitted scope is described as: Virtual asset services relevant to INCEPTO platform operations, subject to the registration scope and any conditions confirmed by the BVI Financial Services Commission. This statement should be read together with any registration certificate, conditions, limitations, ongoing obligations, and public records maintained by the BVI Financial Services Commission. If any present or future feature falls outside the applicable registration scope or is determined to require additional registration, licensing, approval, filing, restriction, restructuring, or discontinuation, INCEPTO may limit, suspend, modify, or terminate that feature without liability.
No BVI Financial Promotion or Public Offering Representation
The platform is intended to operate as a restricted-access digital interface for reviewed users, not as a public offering document, prospectus, public invitation, financial promotion, or regulated exchange venue in the British Virgin Islands or elsewhere. Any project-specific token sale, private placement, presale, allocation, or issuer activity may require separate legal analysis by the relevant project operator and may be declined, restricted, or withdrawn by INCEPTO.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You must not use the platform if your residence, citizenship, location, tax status, sanctions status, investor status, source of funds, or applicable law prohibits or restricts access to digital asset opportunities, token sales, private allocations, presales, wallet services, or the particular project for which you apply. We may apply project-specific eligibility criteria at any time.
Entity and Representative Use
If you use the platform on behalf of a company, trust, fund, DAO, partnership, family office, syndicate, or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity, that the entity is validly formed and in good standing where applicable, and that all beneficial owners, controllers, directors, managers, signatories, and relevant representatives may be subject to KYC, AML, sanctions, source-of-funds, and suitability review. We may require additional onboarding documents before allowing entity access.
Account Registration and Review
Registration does not create a right to use all features. We may approve, reject, waitlist, deactivate, suspend, delete, or restrict accounts at our discretion for compliance, security, operational, incomplete-information, project-specific, jurisdictional, sanctions, fraud-prevention, or risk-management reasons. Approval for one account feature, project, allocation, wallet request, or payment order does not guarantee approval for any other feature or opportunity.
Accuracy of Information
You must provide accurate, current, complete, and non-misleading information. You must promptly update changes to your name, address, citizenship, tax residence, contact details, wallet address, source of funds, employment status, investor profile, document information, and any other information relevant to platform access. We may rely on information submitted through your account until we receive and process updated information.
No Offer, Solicitation, Recommendation, or Advice
Unless separate binding offering documents expressly say otherwise, platform content is not an offer to sell, solicitation to buy, recommendation, financial promotion, research report, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, accounting advice, portfolio advice, or commitment to provide tokens, securities, allocation rights, whitelist access, presale access, refunds, liquidity, listing support, or any financial product.
Project Information and Third-Party Materials
Project cards, descriptions, images, token tickers, networks, vesting references, minimum and maximum allocation ranges, current token price references, sale status labels, signal indicators, news items, and project narratives may be compiled from third-party materials, public information, project teams, administrators, or internal research. This information may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, promotional, changed without notice, or inconsistent with official project documents. You must review official project materials independently before participating.
Whitelist Allocations and Open Presales
The platform may display different project categories, including whitelist allocation projects and open presale projects. Whitelist allocation workflows generally require an application, review, and approval before a payment order may be issued. Open presale workflows may allow a user to request payment access more directly, subject to administrator approval and compliance review. The label used on the platform does not determine legal status, investment character, regulatory treatment, or risk level.
Applications, Statuses, and Admin Decisions
Application statuses such as pending, under review, approved, waitlist, whitelist, rejected, payment required, transaction submitted, on-chain review, payment confirmed, cancelled, token delivery pending, and tokens delivered are operational labels only. They do not create a legal entitlement unless confirmed by separate binding project documentation. We may correct, reverse, cancel, or update statuses where necessary to address error, fraud, network mismatch, payment issues, compliance risk, or project instructions.
Payment Orders and Manual Review
Approved applications may generate payment orders. A payment order is an operational instruction that may include amount, network, payment address, token price, payment status, transaction hash, and review notes. Payment orders may require manual verification and may not be available if the selected payment network does not match available payment details. Payment instructions must be followed exactly; incorrect network, incorrect address, underpayment, overpayment, duplicate payment, or unsupported asset may cause loss or delay.
Wallet Tools and Platform Wallets
INCEPTO may provide wallet connection features, wallet address capture, platform wallet requests, and one-time recovery phrase delivery workflows. Wallet tools are provided for operational convenience. You are solely responsible for wallet security, transaction approval, address accuracy, private keys, seed phrases, devices, malware protection, and backup procedures. INCEPTO will never ask you to upload or send a seed phrase, private key, wallet recovery code, or password through support.
User Conduct
You must not submit false information, impersonate another person, create duplicate or nominee accounts to evade restrictions, use stolen documents, provide sanctioned or unlawful wallet addresses, manipulate applications, abuse support, attack the platform, scrape restricted areas, upload malware, bypass verification, misuse APIs, interfere with security, launder funds, finance terrorism, violate sanctions, or use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, devices, email account, wallets, recovery phrases, and authentication channels. We may treat activity through your account as authorized unless we have received and processed notice of compromise. You must notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, wallet compromise, email compromise, or incorrect account activity.
Platform Availability and Maintenance
We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any platform feature, project page, payment tool, wallet feature, news source, support function, admin workflow, or account access at any time, including for maintenance, security, legal, compliance, infrastructure, vendor, project, or business reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, data freshness, or compatibility with every wallet, browser, network, or device.
Intellectual Property
The INCEPTO name, interface, layout, software, text, graphics, design system, workflows, data structures, dashboards, and related materials are owned by INCEPTO or its licensors, except for third-party project materials. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reverse engineer, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from the platform without permission.
Third-Party Services
The platform may reference or interact with wallets, blockchains, explorers, KYC vendors, hosting providers, analytics providers, email providers, news sources, project operators, payment infrastructure, and other third parties. These third parties are independent from INCEPTO. We are not responsible for third-party outages, data practices, smart contracts, fees, wallet behavior, network failures, project actions, token performance, or external statements.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, deactivate, terminate, or delete account access where we believe it is necessary or appropriate for security, AML, sanctions, fraud prevention, legal compliance, project requirements, risk management, operational integrity, user protection, or enforcement of these Terms. We may retain records after termination as described in our Privacy Policy and AML / KYC Policy.
Disclaimers
The platform and all content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, security, uninterrupted use, successful allocation, token delivery, listing, liquidity, profitability, or regulatory treatment.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, INCEPTO and its affiliates, operators, personnel, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, lost-profit, lost-token, lost-opportunity, market-loss, data-loss, wallet-loss, network-loss, tax, regulatory, or reputational damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless INCEPTO and its affiliates, operators, personnel, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your unlawful conduct, your inaccurate information, your wallet activity, your project participation, your tax or regulatory obligations, or your misuse of the platform.
Governing Law and Forum
These Terms, the incorporated policies, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by Laws of the British Virgin Islands, except where mandatory laws of another jurisdiction cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, the parties submit to the Courts of the British Virgin Islands (exclusive jurisdiction) for disputes arising out of or relating to the platform, these Terms, account access, project applications, payment orders, wallet tools, support communications, or legal policies. Nothing prevents INCEPTO from seeking injunctive, protective, compliance, asset-preservation, anti-fraud, or urgent relief in any competent jurisdiction.
Contact
Operational support requests should be submitted through the platform support channel or sent to support@incepto.pro. Compliance-related communications may be directed to support@incepto.pro.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the platform, legal environment, project requirements, operational processes, or business model evolves. Updated terms may be posted on the platform or communicated electronically. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms for subsequent access and activity.
